After joining a management trainee program with a major financial company I was tasked with managing all aspects of Securities trading, collateral management and settlement within the UK Equities markets.

Following the introduction of Traded Options to the London Stock Exchange. I was Instrumental in introducing securities borrowing to the desk in order to settle exercised deliverable positions.

Designed an Excel based system to track SBL and SBR data on a settlement date basis.

After 35 years at major financial institutions I became the Director/Owner - Independent Financial Services Product Development Company, offering consulting, detailed specification and client on-boarding primarily for SBL, Repo and Prime Services companies. Also, I offer application review/recommendation to private client base.

Since 2015, I’ve been providing professional consulting services to clients from London and beyond. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship.
